I am a self taught musician. Although the guitar and bass guitar were my first choice of instruments, the drums just came natural. The whole drumming experience developed into, and became kind of like walking and breathing for me.
Since I was able to pick up the basic fundamentals of drumming fairly quick, playing became a passion or should I say, an obsession. I just wanted to PLAY! Anytime, anywhere and with anyone else who had the same fire as I had for music.
To date, I have over 20 years behind the drum set. I currently fill the drum throne for local fan favorites "Universal Slim and the Blues Kangaroos"!
Throughout my career as a drummer, I've shared the stage with many great local and national acts. I've met and played with many fine talented musicians. The thing I love most of all, I've made some really great friends!
With extensive stage and studio experience, I am available for studio projects and stage performance fill-in's for gigs in and around Chicago and the Midwest.
